Scuba diving with Sea Fun Divers in Phuket is available all year long.
This is a PADI CDC dive center (18625) and all courses are conducted from the dive shop at Le Méridien Karon Noi Beach Resort.
Karon Noi beach is a great location to both learn to dive and enjoy the local dive sites.
We have some of the best dive sites available straight from the beach!
Our PADI instructors offer courses in several languages and are looking forward to help make your dream diving holiday come true whilst enjoying the tropical surroundings of one of Phuket’s most beautiful beaches.
Of course we offer our diving services to guests who are staying at different hotels in the Phuket area and provide free transport by comfortable air conditioned minibus to our dive center at Le Méridien Karon Noi Beach Resort.
A dedicated team of instructors providing a high standard of scuba diving education, you can follow a wide range of courses. Expanding dive theory with knowledge development is their key to diver education and success throughout your diving lessons.
No matter if you are a beginner or considering “Going Pro”, a PADI dive course can be taken with us in all common languages, which makes us to the leading Phuket Diving School.
OR your children can start at 8 years with the Bubblemaker program in the pool and from 10 years old, your children can join the regular diving courses and get certified as a junior diver.

STUFF FOR THE KIDS
Bubblemaker
The Bubblemaker program is the perfect opportunity for young children to experience Scuba.
In a fantastic environment with a PADI Professional your children will be diving to maximum 2
metres in Confined Water and have a look at some of the things down there. Watching fish or
playing games under water makes this program the most popular diving experience for children.
Minimum age is 8 years old. Duration 2½ hours.
(Confined Water : a swimming pool or a beach area which has pool like conditions)
Sealteam Program
Becoming a Sealteam member consists of participating in five Aquamissions which are all
conducted in a swimming pool. During these Aquamissions your children will learn how to
use scuba, breath and interact under water and much more. This fantastic program can be
completed in 2½ days.
Master Sealteam Member
Becoming a Master Sealteam Member means that you have mastered 15 Aquamissions
consisting of under water navigation, night diving, fish identification and many more.
After successful completion of all Aquamissions the prestigious rating of Master Seal
will be awarded. To get to the Master Seal you will be diving over 4½ days.
EXPERIENCE PROGRAMS FOR ALL
Discover Scuba Diving
That's what you always wanted. To weightlessly glide through the water looking at the magic world of the sea. With the Discover Scuba Diving Program you can do exactly that - No experience necessary. In a short but informative theory session you will be learning the essentials of using the underwater skills and how to descend safely. Following this you will enter the confined water and get familiar with breathing and moving under water as well as completing some skills. After that the real adventure starts and you will be going into the Open Water and experience the real under water world.

PADI Scuba Diver
During the PADI Scuba Diver Course you will be learning the basics of scuba diving. This program takes between 1 and 1½ days. The completion of the Scuba Diver program opens up the underwater world to a maximum of 12 metres, under the professional guidance of a qualified PADI Professional.

PADI Open Water Diver
The PADI Open Water Diver Course is the most popular entry level diving course which will introduce you to the underwater world. During the Open Water Course you will learn skills need to safely scuba dive. The theory, confined water training and open water dives will teach you the important skills you need to know to be a safe diver and to enjoy the underwater world.

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver
The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course is the next exciting step and introduces you into several different underwater activities such as wreck diving, deep diving, navigation, under water photography, fish identification and much more. During these dives you will accomplish simple tasks which will further enhance your skills as a diver becoming more comfortable and confident in the adventurous underwater environment.
To complete the Advanced Open Water Diver you must complete a navigation dive and a deep dive all other electives are options.

PADI Rescue Diver
Take control and become a PADI Rescue Diver. This is a very important, interesting and exciting course. This is the time where you start your leadership training. The Rescue Diver Course teaches you to become more efficient with your diving skills and also shows you various ways how to prevent and manage emergencies with divers at the surface and underwater.

PADI Dive Master
Become a true professional and start to train as a PADI Dive Master. This leadership program gives you the necessary tools, skills and understanding to function as an instructional assistant, a dive guide, a mentor and much more. The dive theory knowledge is now at a professional level and your dive skills to demonstration quality. A Dive Master is an important asset to a diving centre and diving instructor. You can start teaching your own courses such as Discover Snorkelling and the PADI Skin Diver. A Dive Master can complete the Emergency First Response Instructor Course and then teach the most important First Aid programs.

SPECIALTY COURSES
Wreck Specialty Diver
Explore the past of a wreck in the present with the PADI Wreck Diver course. Whether sunk intentionally or tragically, ship or plane, Wrecks are irresistible to divers. Through this course you get the skills, knowledge and procedures to answer the call of wreck diving.
Deep Specialty Diver
This course offers you a life time opportunity - Going deep to see things most people only dream about. You will experience what it is like to dive between 18 -40 meters. It's a different world down there and it takes additional training. Here is where you get it!
Enriched Air Specialty
Enriched Air (Nitrox) lets your extend your no stop time beyond those of diving on air. You will learn the importance of using correctly marked tanks/cylinders and how to analyse the enriched air fill. How to plan dives using enriched air using the enriched air tables and using a dive computer.
Navigation Specialty
You've planned your dive with your buddy, you've done the B.W.R.A.F check and set off. The dive site is all that you expected it to be now you are down to 100bar and need to start your return journey. BUT which way is it? The Navigation Specialty enhances the skills you picked up during your Advanced Open Wate you to use your compass and natural landmarks, so that you know where you are at all times, just like reading a map on land and ensures that you return to your exit point as planned.
Search & Recovery Specialty
You've gone for a shallow 6 meter dive, there are a few swim throughs and large sandy patch and then a gulley. You return with plenty of air and start to de-kit....oh no you've lost your wedding ring. You'll not survive the night if you don't find it. Search and Recovery provides you with the knowledge of search patterns that will help you locate that most precious of items and make it through to tomorrow.
Multilevel Specialty (also includes the RDP "Wheel Version")
To maximise the amount of time that you dive for, the Multilevel Specialty gives you the knowledge to plan dives at varying depths on a dive location that has lots to see from 35 meters up to 5 meters you can see it all, all on one tank.
Digital UW Photography (including Camera)
Photography has progressed in leaps and bounds in the past few years and Underwater Photography is not excluded. So you can use a 35mm or an SLR camera on land can you do the same at depth and still capture your subject in the right light. Put yourself to the test and create something magical.
Night Diver Specialty
You're getting ready for a big night out. You do your final checks that you have everything and out you go. The dive site that you thought you knew like the back of your hand is somewhere else tonight. This is amazing. Getting an insight in the secrets of Gas blending. A lot of important information will be provided during this program with respect to the safety of the diving equipment used. While learning you will blend your own Enriched Air and why not use it yourself on one of our fantastic dives.

We are living in a very hectic and ignorant world. Where have the promises gone from the times of the boy scouts. Now here is a way to make up for all those lost memories. Become an Emergency First Responder and learn how to help somebody in need. Whether it is just a little scrap or a serious car crash. You will be confident in responding to the urgent requirements of a casualty and bridge important time till the Emergency Medical Services arrive. With the EFR Care for Children program you will see what you can do when you come across a infant or a child in need of immediate help.
